I know this is an ancient post, but,for others wanting an easy fix answer.
I have one of these machines and have done multiple hatched over 3 years.
I unscrewed the plastic tray and picked the glue off on the underside of the sensor, then I gentlt pulled it off the tray.
Screw the tray back in.
I put a squeezed out wet paper towel in a zip lock bag and put the sensor in it and zipped it up, its fiddly and easier to do when the turner is not in. But, it will need redampening at some point I think it lasted 2 hatches.
I use an independent calibrated inkbird thermometer and hygrometer as I find the machine fluctuates shockingly and needs baby sitting at lockdown. Yes I know its time consuming but we use what we have until we can get better. My son hatched a Royal champion from this "dodgy" incubator and averages 90-98% hatch rates every time.
