Getting chicken to bed

I need some advice. All my silkies go to their coop each night, except one. Louise paces by her run door, making lots of noise when the others go into the coop. Open the run door and she'll hop out, pecking bits of grass, not going anywhere. When I place her on the ladder, which we do each night, she'll go in. Any ideas why she won't go in? Any ideas how to get her to go in on her own?

If you do not place her on the ladder----what would she do? Why you let her back out? I think she might be a little spoiled and wants to be put to bed? Maybe? Even some of my chickens wait until the last minutes before dark to go to roost-----but they do it on their own.

I have one chicken, which despite being the biggest seems to be lowest on the totem pole, that is ALWAYS the last to go into the house at night. She is often out there 15 or more minutes longer than the other 7 just casually munching on what ever she can find. Even the roo will come out to look for her as if to say "get your big butt in here!" In the case of my chicken, I honestly think it is because she is always run off from the feed by the 4 oldest girls and being a larger breed chicken she is just still hungry. This is the ONLY time she can eat in peace without having to worry about any of the others interfering.

I thought she might be getting spoiled so I waited her out. She continued to pace and jump against her run door. She looked stressed so I gave up and put her in the coop.

If she has a large crest & beard, her vision may be obscured and she is afraid to go up the ladder. A lot of silkies just pile up in the corner, on the floor.
