Getting Frustrated, problem solve with me

I think you have a couple more weeks to go...temp wont matter in egg production its the amount of light per day...

Can you post some pics, so we can see comb development? Are they really getting red, or still pinkish, they will be very red when they are almost ready.
 
Broody is when they sit in their nest, and don't leave. They make evil sounds when you come near them. And since they are not laying yet, they shouldn't be broody. Haven't laid any eggs to want to hatch yet. So, when you come up on them and all of a sudden they swat down and dance a bit, that's what thats all about. When they do the swat, laying won't be far behind. Are their combs bright red??
 
I have three pullets one started laying at 20 weeks and 1 day the next one was 21 weeks and 3 days and my last one was 1 day shy of 22 weeks old when she started laying.
