I have always just kept the buck with the does until around July when I removed him for a few months so I don't end up with kids in the dead of winter.Just picked up the buck~Seems really happy with his new home, Didn't cry as much as i thought he would. Decided to put Tilly right in with him even though she isn't in heat. He's successfully bred her multiple times. The doe waged her tail lots and stands for him so maybe she is in heat? not 100% sure.. He doesn't care about that of course!
@oldhenlikesdogs This is my first time breeding does, How long would you keep the two together for?

He's a good looking boy. I miss the goofy sounds and noises a buck makes.
