Getting it made and ready...

Ok here's the outside run, it's 4x8x2 and has two sliding doors. End door to fit right up to the ramp into the coop. Top door for water to be placed in.

Here's the enclosed outside ramp for them to go up into the coop...

As I get the inside of the coop done I'll add more pics. The coop is actually a added-on room to the old house trailer we used to live in. The rest of the trailer is old, nasty and non suitable for living in, but this small addition is going to be a perfect coop. There's already shelves that I'll be putting the nesting boxes on

Awesome usage of that trailer!!
I ran across a blog somewhere, where the family turned the whole trailer into a coop/eggmobile, for their pastured chickens.
Next time we drive by, we will stop for sure, to say hi!

We pick those bins up too. We just do not tell them its for bear bait, cause they will kick us out of the store! Silly people!
That is the only time we will feed animals fake "foods" though

Once a week everyone gets a loaf of bread treat. Each of the dogs gets one piece, the chickens get 1/2 a loaf and the geese the remainder. They love it. What's really neat, is lots of time I get the GOOD bread... LOL
