4 Eggs!
I trimmed all but 1 or 2 birds today. The tiny chicks can't fly, but the slightly older ones fly as well as Robins, so I clipped them too.
They don't like to go out on their own too much. When I was clipping wings, I would put out the ones I had just done. 1 or 2 flew out the door on their own, they weren't trimmed. They really enjoyed the run, but then I walked past to go in my home and they ran into their coop. They stay in there all the time, even in good weather. Some days, a few will come out, but not the whole group or even half of them.
Why??
