Getting polish next week

Getting my first polish chicks next week. I've been raising old english game bantams and wanted to add something different. I was wondering if anybody here has or raises the black crested whites. From what I read, it's hard to keep them true to type and color. I was looking for a new challenge, so this is what I chose.
