Do you think if I board up the coop part and surround the run with big round bales of hay it would keep out the wind , rain and snow ? But still leave room up top for proper ventilation?

I think it would work fine. Hay is a great insulator if you could seal out the wind. Most importantly, I would get some paint on that OSB board, it will not last long in that state.

Yes I am as soon as it quits raining! We are also moving it to the South side of the house because we get alot of wind from the North! Also hooking up electricity and putting in plexi glass windows , finishing roof as well!
