So we are all set up and I am doing a dry run trying to see if we can get the temp up and maintain overnight. Chicks come next week. One lamp was not enough at all so trying 2...
But not having a lot of luck... If I can't regulate 95 degrees by Monday.... into the house they come until coop is done.

What is the ambient temperature there? You should have the one heat lamp near one end of the brooder, so it's warm under it, and cooler everywhere else. The whole brooder should NOT be at 95F.
And your heat lamps aren't secured well enough! It's safest to have two or three separate attachments, not what you've done.
