Getting Really Frustrated!!!

I ordered eggs for Local Harvest for my mom last Sunday, well here we are and still no eggs and no word on what' going on!!! They did e-mail me because my billing address is overseas where I am but I confirmed and told them it was correct several days ago and still nothing!!! GRRRR Has anyone had experience with them??? Also, if I ordered eggs and they haven't shipped them out with the eggs they had in stock does this mean I'm going to have to wait another week for them or am I just going to get old eggs?!? I don't have much experience ordering eggs online from any place other than BYC, so some help here would be great lol
