getting set to set for the first time

They are beautiful and I so miss the colored eggs. I had sold off all my EE's just to make room for some ameraucana's. I will have to take a picture of my splash ameraucana she is beautiful and I'm still thinking of a name for her. She is the only one I kept out of the last few that hatched from eggbid.

okay I just set them now they didn't get here till this morning and I let them sit 12 hours like the seller said.

My question is I had the incubator stabilized at 99.6 for almost 30 hours now that I put the eggs in its dropped to 87, how long do I wait to see if the incubator pulls the temp up before I adjust the temperature again?

Wait 24 hours before you make any adjustments. It may take awhile, especially if you have a good number of eggs.

thanks there's thirty eggs in there so I guess it will be a while. but the temp is already up to 95
