As ameraucana HAVE to lay blue, I'd say EEs laid those. Once they're hatched, as mentioned previously, look for green legs, make sure there's muffs at hatch. Then, I'd consult this link. But the green eggs, definitely EEs.

To elaborate; green legs means EE, blueish pink legs is Ameraucana. EE CAN have muffs, Ameraucana HAVE to have muffs.
That site only shows the official colors, so splash isn't listed.
