Oz, seems that everything is just shooting out offspring out there.

I just had a new layer here yesterday. The second of our Easter chicks started laying, at 36 weeks of age. Her sister started at 18 weeks. The sister makes pinkish eggs, while this one has a lovely mint green tint to hers. Looks like that thousandth egg is going to come a bit quicker. Also, we just passed the 50 kg total production mark. I really don't want to know how much feed we've had to give them to achieve that. Luckily Karin can find pretty good deals on all the ingredients we use.

Bunny kits are doing fine, they're fat and squirmy. Tried to take a pic of them last night, but as it was dark it called for some longer shutter times and out of 20 shots, this was the only almost usable one.
