Actually I am toying with the idea of doing it myself.... I need some specs though. And will probably order up a set of foam from Texas to test it all out.

If it works I can do custom foams for time and materials.....

So much discussion while I am off saving lives - love it.

The Foam I am using has been stamped. The burning with a wire may stiffen the area

I have sample of all 3 sizes that sell. I will bring some to the next meet-up deb.

It should be cut because that will leave the cell open to allow it to compress as needed.
