A Golden Sebright banty and a second bbs orp joined the world as immigrants.

if we dont get some plymouth rock and rhode island reds zipping soon i will get concerned. they started pipping 12 hrs ago. still new ones are pipping so its certainly not over in those baskets. lavender and buff orps, as well as australorps marans and seramas are no shows so far.

It is ONLY day 20!!! so LOTS of time.

my current hatch happened over 3 days, legbars early, New hampshires on time, Marans (huge eggs) a day late and 12+ hours after pipping. Really big eggs seem to hatch on day 21 or later. Marans are known to be "late" hatchers.

Slightly surprised the banties and seramas have not made an appearance yet.
