I have TWO chicks and I can't wait to get them outside. I am very odd, I prefer adult birds.

Ohhh makes me want mine to hurry up....I got until the 26th

Also, How do you know exactly where they will pip, today at 3pm marks day 12 and I can clearly see the air cell, but I am unsure of how to determine where they will start exiting the shell..

Cute overload. Makes me want to lie on the floor with chicks all over me. Do some of the yellow ones have a marks on their head? Looks like a marker smudge.

A black spot or two on a Texas A&M is quite common. When I first saw it I was hoping it was a sexing assist but no. I will have to sort them out at 8 weeks

The pip is normally just above the start of the air cell.
