i'll build one & see how it works, is start out with a pair of 25 watt bulbs for this time of year
in cold weather i'll go with a pair of 40 watt bulbs & we will see the results

. Yea pig I just started a second 2x2 last night I have a 45 x 48 poly shipping tub I am gonna use for a brooder and grow out pen ,,, pics to follow

i moved a building out back on 1 of my trailers
it used to be a workshop but the chickens have now taken it over
i figured it would be a good idea to get the trailer out from under it &
level up the building before i added a covered run.
the trailer is out of the picture
now to level the 10'x16' building (it's sitting on soft sand which is making the job harder)
then i'll build the 4 deck brooder (i need plywood for the floors)

also my turkey chicks will be arriving the 1st week of june
i guess i know what we will have for christmas
