i have a place out back where i added about a foot of sand

makes for good digging when unloading a dead animal quickly

My cats don't bother the chickens or chicks........but squirrels are on the menu for them
as well as mice and varmits. Our biggest problem is snakes and an occasional owl. The
most chickens we have lost were to the two-legged varmits. padlocks on doors now.

Todays egg report brings with it news that coop 11 - the Cuckoo Marans have started laying. We have our first chcocolate egg.

Dominics phone is acting up. He does not know how to reset it so Mrs Oz will go out on Saturday and fix his phone and take some pics.

I would just like to inquire if in any case you were able to bring in some chicken to the Philippines and do you have more now?

If you just want brown egg layers my barnyard mix is the best value. If you are wanting to breed then purebreds are a better choice.
