I have seen them with 20 chicks.

Often two hens will share a nest.

I keep out of muscovy breeding management and let nature take its course. I dont want those poopers in brooders when the mums are so good.

We have 8 - 20 chicks being hatched a month at the moment. There is always a yellow duck down butt in view on the farm side of the fence.
