The guys seem to be working well together.

Mrs Oz dropped in this afternoon as she and the kids are enjoying the weekend at the massive Sinulog Fiesta in Kabankalan. There are fireworks and dancing all night.

The will drive out to the farm with some bamboo and a trailer full of rice husks in the morning.

As a productivity and retention incentive, the employee will a bonus based on animal sales. The Bonus will be paid as follows:

• 5% of the sale price (sale price less delivery) will be paid with the following pay check after sale
• 2.5% of the sale price (sale price less delivery) will be accumulated and paid on the first pay check in July provided that employee is gainfully employed with employer
• 2.5% of the sale price (sale price less delivery) will be paid on the last pay check in December provided that employee is gainfully employed with employer

Having the carrot of bonuses paid in 3 increments may discourage sudden disappearances
