Almost certainly.

If she got an offer to Stanford she says would have a hard choice but hopefully she would take the vet school option. That makes her employable as soon as she is done with the degree. The fees are a killer at both places and we may have to down size the house to pay for it.

Not if you come from the US.
She is a UK citizen but still has to pay the 'foreign' fees. That is more than the most expensive US private schools

I used to love watching these vets-on-call shows on BBC.

They always seemed so much nicer than my vet. Very dedicated.. Ofcourse some were just junior vets and still fresh. Like a teacher in their first years is all energetic and patient, they go through a period of feeling run down and disenfrancised.. they either quit or become a seasoned teacher.

I swear I was going somewhere with this...

Its great that she is doing it in the UK

Paying all that money to do algebra and speech at college is something I could never comprehend
