we have a new employee.

Florencio starts tomorrow at 9am.

he came highly recommended by his professors. he is 32 and spent 2 years on a poultry farm. he also worked in construction away from home. he is single and should be a good fit with personality dynamics.

I let Dodong make the final decision (knowing which way he would likely go) so I have buy in. Dodong was quite taken back that he was involved. m

Mrs Oz turns 50 tomorrow. We will eat one of our grower pigs as a lechon style spit roasted pig. it will be busy with Florencio orientating and the party.

hatch day was busy. we also changed the leg bands on growing birds.

it gave me an opportunity to evaluate a few hundred birds.

I am looking forward to candling on Sunday to see how the eggs faired the journey

speaking from one in the later stages of life, it was great to see you give one of your employees the recognition and responsibility of being involved in the hiring of the next employee. The motivation that this will give Dodong is off the charts! Additional salary does not compare with the gift of recognition and responsibility.
