Florencio starts tomorrow at 9am.

he came highly recommended by his professors. he is 32 and spent 2 years on a poultry farm. he also worked in construction away from home. he is single and should be a good fit with personality dynamics.

I let Dodong make the final decision (knowing which way he would likely go) so I have buy in. Dodong was quite taken back that he was involved.

Awesome move - even if you had not been sure of the result, as Dodong is an excellent employee and worker and you want to keep him.

As Dodong will have to work closely with the new guy it is vital that they are compatable!

The two finalists were both excellent. I would have been happy with either.

I am actually going that business continues to improve rapidly so I can hire Dandy as well. The three of them sound make a good team.

Just by any small chance T T mom, did you google the word? I know that I get some kinda strange ad's when I google some of the words that Oz has used in a post.
