I don't want more land. More land is more fences to maintain.

My goal is to utilize as much of our little plot as possible, We have a ridiculously wide house yard (400 feet) and the area to the right of the house would comfortably hold 40 chicken tractors,

maybe but there is a lot more time in bamboo and i need these fast. bamboo would also block a lot more light - not sure if that's good or bad

if I had an extra worker I could have him cut skin and split bamboo but it would more than double production time

currently we are very overcrowded in our brooders.We have supplies for 8, we can reevaluate then

The largest omelette weighed 6.466 tonnes (14,225 lb 6 oz) and was achieved by the Câmara Municipal de Ferreira do Zêzere (Ferreira do Zêzere City Council, Portugal) in Santarém, Portugal, on 11 August 2012.
It took a team of 55 people 6 hours to make this omelette, all led by a head chef, Pedro Mendes. A 4,290-kg pan was used, with a 10.3-metre diameter. In kilograms, the weight of the omelette totalled 6,466 kgs. For this attempt, the omelette used 145,000 eggs, 880 lbs of oil and 220 lbs of butter. All eggs used were free range and donated by Uno Ovo – the largest egg producer in the country. This omelette was made at a festival held in the region for Portuguese people who live and work elsewhere during the year. It is called the 'Immigrant Festival'.
