I don't like too hot and spicy so I just added some chili powder. I am sure Oz had something with more bite planned for this recipe.

A thai chili is ideal but it put in during the last 10 mins so its meant to be picked out if you don't want it spicy

Name the new buck

In the tradition of naming our bucks using goat cheeses, the new guy needs a name.

The finalists are:

1. Mató is a Catalan fresh goat cheese from Spain
2. Capricorn is a UK goat's milk cheese.
3. Tullyboy goat cheese is an Irish hard mature cheese

I vote Mato, since Spain is known for it's lovers and you plan on him having lots of those.

Romantic as in sitting in a tapas bar eating Mato cheese with an Escalivada of roasted eggplant and bell peppers with olive oil, onion, tomato, minced garlic, and salt – or romantic as in a pair of goats getting it on?
