getting two ducks on march 20th!!!

Hi.Im new to BYC.Well as my topic said, Im going two get two ducks.One is an ancona duckling and the other is a cayuga.Well I hope ill be a good duck mom and any other advice and facts would be much obliged.Thank you.

I just got 3 ducks about 4 months ago. I LOVE them! They are so fun to watch. They LOVE water..I have a baby pool that i fill up for them. They hop right in and have tons of fun. I try to provide the water for them to swim in as much as possible. They LOVE mud too. Anytime it rains they are sticking those beaks in the mud. I also have a Cayuga..he is beautiful. Remember to always have fresh water to for them to drink. I but them a pellet type of food that they love I think its by Purina. Anyways, you will love them.

Be sure to start your ducklings off on crumble though pellet is too big for them when they are tiny ducklings. unless you wet it then it turns to crumble.
