I'm not sure if this photo shows a contrast in egg sizes. I have four 22 week-old red sexlinks. They have been laying 1 egg per day each since the third week of June. The eggs were small. Today, there was one whopper of an egg. I'm not sure that the photo does it any justice. It would not fit nicely in the egg tray. I am curious to see if it's a double-yolker, but I don't want to waste it. I hope that she's okay. I've read here that hybrids can sometimes have health issues young.

I got a triple yolker once. Looked like it would be a double but nope, 3 decent sized yolks.
