Giant size problem

My flock consists of 3 Reds 2 Buffs and 1 Jersey Giant
My problem is this I came home today to witness my Jersey Giant hen mounting my 2 Buffs like a rooster which I have none of. Do hens do this. The funny thing is until today she got picked on by them?

usually hens mount others to show dominance, but it is strange how the picked on her...

I got her this spring as a chick so I would say around 5 months she is much larger than my other hens
