My 4 month old Sebright has a very large and squishy bump under his right wing. If anybody knows what this might be, please help!

Can you move the feathers out of the way and take a look at the skin?

When you feel of it - does it feel like fluid or air?
Does she have any trouble breathing?
No trouble breathing, feels like fluid. I won’t be able to check his skin until morning, as it’s very late where I am.

Ok, so I checked on him this morning, and it looks like it grew bigger. I also noticed it feels more like air rather than fluid. His skin looks normal.

If it feels like air, then it's likely a ruptured air sac. This can happen sometimes when they bang into something or are otherwise injured. Often they will resolve on their own. But if it's getting bigger, or the bird seems to have trouble breathing, then you will need to release the air. Separate the feathers, disinfect the skin where the air is, and prick just through the skin with a sterilized sewing needle to release the air. Then put a dab of plain neosporin over the pricked spot. If it fills again, you may need to repeat. Once the air is released then the pressure will be off the air sac allowing it to heal. If continued respiratory problems are present then an avian vet visit would be good, if possible.
