I have also had food poisoning, and I'd like to never repeat it.
I don't eat anything I didn't kill, that's the level of risk I'm comfortable with. I don't mean I don't shop at the grocery, but of my own birds. At worst, it's sick. At best, it might be full of adrenaline (from an attack/predator). I have enough culls that it just isn't even a question for me.
