Our Farmers market doesn’t open back up till sometime in April.

I only have a few neighbors and I keep them stocked up with duck eggs but will have to check into the farmers market in my area and when it opens back up. So many things close up for the winter here. That is a wonderful idea. I have not had to throw any out yet for being too old but they are taking up a lot of real estate in my refrigerator. As of the moment I cannot get brownies out of my brain. Hubs is gonna be happy when he rolls and smells them cooking!

I had a hard time getting people to take them for free but I have one neighbor who loves them and will take all I can give her. Some people think duck eggs are yucky and they don't want them. Dummies!

This week I made a coconut pound cake AND a quiche! It was all so good but I probably shouldn't have done both rich foods on the same day. My tummy! Too bad I didn't have sense enough to stop eating!

Mmmm that sounds really good. I haven't made a quiche yet with these gems. I am gonna blame all of this eating on the polar vortex. Ahem even though we have warmed up.
