When we were kids on easter we use to poke a hole in the top and bottom and blow in one end so the egg comes out the other. Then oaint the egg

i shouldve done that with my KC egg

Oh that's a good idea! I just ate my first egg - but we kept the shell. I'm glad we did b/c it's so little - I mean TINY - so it's funny to compare it to their eggs now.

I feel the same way though!!! I was freaked out by it but I thought I was crazy. When I heard someone else had the same thought process, It became a real thing in my head lol.
I thought about poking a hole in each and blowing out the egg. I can make a scrambled egg, and keep the shell!

I'll blow out the egg later, I just stuck it in the mini fridge near her pen, I didn't even wash it off yet!

Oh yeah, forgot to mention... She laid it and turned around and just looked at it for a second and then her dad reached in and grabbed it and handed it to me. I starred at it smiling and amazed for a minute then he said "she wants her egg back!" so I put it back in her pen. She immediately wanted to eat it and roll it into the metal bars of the pen. Luckily she got a tough shell on that thing! I scooped the egg back up and stuck it in the fridge!

OH MY GOODNESS GUYS !!! TODAY MY BABY DUCK WHEN FROM KIDDO TO TEENAGER!!!

She waited until we were up and out of bed and literally standing right next to her saying good morning. Then she rocket shot a surprise into her coop for us so quickly with ease!!!!! I can't believe she waited until 7 am when we were up and standing right next to her! She's very used to that good morning routine so I really think she was waiting for us!
