It probably is sore a little but doesn’t look like it’s injured. What about making a top that is like a lid maybe use netting with it.

What I was thinking is a cover that has wood around 4 sides and netting stapled onto that so she cannot fly or climb through. Like a top that fits down over top of her pen.

Good idea on that! i made my quail roof from melamine board and a wood frame, 20$ at the most and pretty water proof for cleaning

Chicken wire or netting would substatute perfectly

My Khaki Campbell Loo was flying out of her pen, simular to yours. I was afraid she was going to hurt herself so we clipped the tips of her wings and she stopped. Now I don't have to worry about her or her safety while in their pen. It is an idea, they do grow back.
