Gimpy Fav rooster

Question to the group.....

I have a fav rooster that has been gimpy. I checked for bumble but the pad looks good. The only thing I noticed is that the edges of his bad foot looked red and iritated. He is doing better, but was wondering do people have foot trouble with there favs?
