Ginger Ranger lost feathers around bottom ...?

Hi today I bought a few Ginger Rangers, when I got them home I realised two of the hens had lost feather near there bottoms and it looked quite red and sore, can anyone tell me what this is?
I'll upload better pictures in the morning.

Feather loss like that can be due to over-breeding by a rooster, feather plucking by another hen, or a mite/lice problem. It looks like it is probably feather-plucking, by how it is so red.
Feather plucking is a sign of stress, so hopefully after they settle down things will get better.
