Ginormous EGG

There are thousands of them down here. I wish I could get rid of them. They eat everything, my garden looks like a cage. They crap all over the place.j

I finally got my dog to chase them at least out of the yard into the canal. But I know they will be back.

I ate the egg this morning, it was a double yolker. Enough for both of us. I'll post a pic. of it.

oh god... if I walked out my door and saw that I would faint! ... and I am not generally a scary cat

I should have said, when my dog shoo them into the canal. There are at least 20 on the other side watching. so no matter how many I get there are always going to be more.

Not to mention vegatables, banana trees, mango tree, and out front a carabola(starfruit tree)

my neighbors have lychees, and avacados, and guavas. So they have plenty to eat fruit wise. Plus all the other vegataion.

Wow, isn't it amazing the diversity we have in our own country? Team guava pastry, compared to where I am in Northern Michigan, you really are in a whole different world down there. We have nothing like that up here. Nor do we have those kind of fruit trees. You're so ....."tropical" there. Have fun, and enjoy those big eggs.

Well I know everyone is going to call me crazy, but we really had a cold snap last week and I'm glad to say the local iguana population took a real heavy hit..

They are dead everywhere. I live on a canal and we got floater everywhere. Big ones too. The county came by with a boat collecting them in a gaarbage container.

But we still got floaters saw 5 more today,

I used to catch the giant Iguanas in the Keys by chasing them towards a chain link fence.
They remember being able to fit through the fence when they were little and they still think they fit.
They stick their nose through the wire and spin their wheels and you can just stroll over and pick them up.

The big boys can strip a Hibiscus bush of all flowers and leaves in an hour.
I threw this guy in the pool and he stayed on the bottom for 20 minutes then climbed out and sunned himself.
