Hi so I thought I would be able to tell the sex of these chicks when hatched as they have different markings on head and girls have eyeliner. However I’m still not sure? I only have two and I think one is definitely a girl but the other is not typically marked to be a boy I don’t think? Both look to have eyeliner to me but the boy has less brown on head- last photo shows to of head on that one.

Oh, they are adorable!
Sorry, I know nothing about the gender but I read something about chicks in the title and I HAD to check it out.
(Am I a bit too obsessed with cute baby chicks?)

Are you sure these are Silver Gray Dorkings? They aren't quite the right color... Where did you get them? Here is a group of mine as chicks; a male at the bottom of the picture and the other two females. They're definitely less reddish-brownish compared to yours. I'm wondering if you might actually have Red Dorkings... 🤔

Just for future reference, this is a male on the left and a female on the right. Both have the eyeliner, but the male's is thinner and paler. His face is also lighter colored.

Here's another picture that shows them at about 3 weeks of age. This is the easiest way to tell males from females with confidence. Male on the right with the black chest, female on the left with a lighter chest.
