whoa, is that a Sultan? I would say girl, because the comb is very pink, but I'm more familiar with Rhode Island Red, Plymouth Barred Rock, and similar common hatchery breeds.

Ok. Front pic has me thinking cockerel (wattles, spikey crest). Side pic has me thinking pullet for same reasons.

Polish crests tend to be the biggest giveaway on gender. If they look like a cottonball on their head, they're pullets. If they look like Einstein, they're cockerels. At 9 weeks, the wattles in the side have me leaning towards pullet, but slow developing cockerel isn't out of the equation.
