Hi, Today is my first day and I also have some questions, not only about chickens, but how to navigate your BYC site. Guess my title should be 'Dummychick"!
My first question is about worming. I bought the wormer and have instructions. My question is about the eggs. Can the eggs be eaten or should they be avoided and if avoided, for how long? Thanks very much.

and Welcome To BYC! X3 depends what you are using. People do various things, some wormers have an egg withdrawal time listed somewhere and some wormers are off label and people tend to use the withdrawal time for whatever animal they are meant for, in both cases either toss the eggs or feed them back to the chickens (potentially a problem since if you are not eating the eggs because the residual wormer in the eggs, you are feeding wormer back to the chickens), other people eat the eggs anyhow, especially if it is a wormer that is used on humans.
