Girls don't want to go into the run in the morning!

The girls have only been in the coop for about three days. They seem quite happy in there but when the popup door opens in the morning, they don't come out! I go into the run and call to them, but nothing! I finally have to go into the coop with them, then they start jumping down from their roosts and run out the door. Any ideas of how to encourage them to come out in the morning?

Do not keep food in the coop at night. Only in the run. This way, they will be hungry in the morning and will run out to get food. Worked for me.

Give them some time, eventually they will get the idea. I've had some hide and not go in the coop at night or not find their way into the run at night, but eventually they get the idea. Right now I have some that want to sleep in the nest box and I have to keep moving them out.
