Girls laying funny

My 9 girls are 6 months old. 5 are laying daily, 4 not so much. One is consistently laying in the yard and those eggs always have blood on the shell. I have a real mixture of breeds as I ordered the "Easter Egg Package" from McMurray. Does this laying sequence seem off to anyone? I live in WY and it has been very cold for quite some time so I do expect better laying as it warms up. I am concerned about the blood on the shell of course. Any ideas or insight? Some will lay in cold weather and some won't. The blood on the shell could indicate a new layer. It could also be disease. Is she maybe a new layer? Does she lay big eggs and is maybe just having a hard time starting out?
