Pretty good, but differnt than peafowl. Moms peafowl could fly long distance (like 50-100 yards easy) but turkeys can go up higher, but not as far. They go 20 feet up into limbs on a giant black walnut tree to roost, and so would the peafowl (but a differnt tree, and they stopped on the garage on the way up). I still remember watch them peafowl fight the turkey (over and over). It was pretty amazing.

They fought?? My peafowl and Turkey seemed to coexist fairly easily. Maybe because it wasn't spring.

My moms old tom fought the old peacock bill a lot. They jump up into the air, and try to get each other with feet. The turkey would grab the peacocks head, the feafowl would scream at him and jump on him. It was crazy! They didn't the first year, but after a year or two, they fought every year. It seemed to me they were natural competitors, and once there was a good flock of each, it was like competing tribes.
