Not sure why it said I was online yesterday because I wasn't. Thursday I ended up with severe food poisoning. Friday I ended up having a heat stroke. However, I have good news. I have PEAFOWL. Not blues but JAVAS

Yeah, I wasn't in a great space yesterday, and it was even more not greater when I left. Probobly better now. Any fits of temper that ever make me leave (as opposed to sharing them and getting kicked off a few days like our mutual friend) I'll be back in a day or two.

How is Kevin feeling today? Still a bit weak?

Still pretty weak and not myself but I've felt a lot worse before. For the first time ever there was a man selling them on craigslist. I ended up with 6

Of those? Wow, talk about a mixed blessing.

Keep them away from the pool. They fly good, and land anywhere, and down't swim good, and those nails are sharp when your trying to resce a struggling bird. You sure do set yourself up for lots of adventrues, eh?

You know, too bad about being sick again. You gotta double up on beans and rice and jello, or your hair won't grow. BTW, how are you doing with that?

I really wanted a pair but I knew with my luck I needed to give myself the best odds possible. Hopefully I'll have 2 trios but if not I'll figure something out. I'll defiantly be doubling up on some of those! And it's actually grown quite a bit. You can no longer see my scalp

Well, yeah about the 6 birds, especially since in your heart you really want them, and I know it. You can still whine to me about them, and I'll never say I told you so.

I'd prefer you get to brag about them naturally.

LOL Thanks! With them being so skittish I doubt I'll keep all 6. I saw quail for the first time in person and they are amazing! I will defiantly be adding some this year.

Oh, and yeah, get the quail! If you want, I'll send you my trio - 2 boys and 1 girl. A qt of water and a cup of food gets them by for 2 days (more in good weather- less in heat)

cute, and since at least one of your puppies loves birds on the wing, these will be up their alley if you decide too, otherwise eggs sail ok
