It's okay you didn't know. I'm the oldest. The only near by cousins moved a few months ago. Most of the kids around here are pretty young but I may be able to track one down.

There is one way that I've heard is completely painless but your have to aim the knife just right, and you have to see it, and have it upside down with a knife stabbing its brain through its beak tho....

Decapitation we've always done.. but it flaps afterwards.. thats the worse part for me is the flapping..

Never broken a neck- that one just disturbs me...

Ok, no matter what, the body will have to respond. I mean, its not like it can be helped. Put it in the freezor in a plastic bag, tie the bag. Put a paper bag over than, and tuck it in the freezor. It'll be overwith soon, and as the weak bird isn't exactly well, it'll quickly go into sleep. It'll be asleep for the whole ending. Just stick it in and go. Don't come back!!!! In the am, take the bag out, don't open it, and toss it.

I've never stabbed before so I'm afraid I'd hit the wrong section. I guess I should have been prepared for something like this.

It's neck is fairly tiny. How much pressure does it take?

No, at this age, hold the head, hold the neck, turn them opposite directions very quickly. Just hold the bird tight, its too little and weak to respond much.

I think all this is a bit much for poor Kevin. How awefull for her.
