Where these goats supposed to be in full milk? They should be starting to go dry soon, if they are PG. Breed in monthes ending in R.......

Take her youngster away. Milk every 12 hours on the dot. Feed him after you milk, but only 75% of the milk. Soon, her milk will increase if you milk her until she's totally dry, and give her oats. (oatmeal increases milk supply in all mammels, including humans. Trust me, I've done the personal research. I was milk human to my own infants.) Just give her oats every single meal, and withen 48 hours, you'll notice an increase. Be sure also to wash teats before you milk, top of udder to tip of nips. Then, also filter milk through a t-shirt, coffee filter, etc.

Yeah we were gonna do that tonight. Don't got oats but we can pick some up at the feed store (reminds me of a saying they have tacked up there.... "Quality is like oats. If you want good, clean, dry oats, you have to pay a price. However, if your OK with oats that have already been through the horse....").
I believe ya Marty....

Yeah we clean the teats with baby wipes. My mom used to tame cows at her house and milk them come they have a calf.
