I don't feed at night, I give enough in the morning that they barely have any left at dusk. I did have to go dump waters though. When its below freezing, I water 2-3x a day, but dump the water 1 hour later, before it freezes solid. Then, I just flip the winter water pans over in the morning again, water, and hope it doesn't freeze before they drink it. No eggs, I think the chickens are moulting. I'm finding only some feathers, but even with the light 24 x 7 I'm getting 0-2 a day from the Javas, which should at least be moderate layers. They are much flightier than one would expect. Complete freaks.

Yeah, I feel lucky. The stopped using their nests when the figured out I checked for eggs there.
