I guess we should put our heads togather again to find a way for us both to make some money.

I think I should add the geese and chickens I'm going to sell eggs and offspring too at my website. I'll get some pics again. I don't think it gets much traffic, and I'd like to hink of some way to increase the traffic a bit.

I do agree. I don't know what I'm going to do but I really could use some more income right now.

We're very bight Amigas, we can think of something!

My fences are made with 5' poles pounded down 1 foot into dirt. I sue the 54" and 60" poultry mesh (wire) netting type fencing. We put block and rocks along the bottom part that goes out to where predators are. If they get to close to fence, they are standing on it. Its inexpensive, and can be had for under about $100 for 75 feet. For cheaper poles, go to a concrete place where they've got those trucks (call around first) and if they have 3/4" or 1" re bar, they'll cut it into custom lengths for you. 3/4 inch works pretty well, if you buy a $15 dollar bag of dry cement, and put about a quart of it in a little whole, and stick the rebar in, and pound it down just a bit. Very cheap.

Those sound nice! If the kennel was for the ducks I would have certainly tried that! However these Peafowl are so flighty I have to make sure they are covered on top pretty thick. It is not going to be easy moving these guys to a new pen

. I wish they made sedatives for poultry. It sure would make my job a lot easier!

Whats new?

I'm getting a buckling with *milkers all over his pedigree, and probobly another gal or two. Avas maxed out at 3 cups a day, sometimes a little more.
