There probobly aren't many for having your own camper/bus. As long as you can move it, you should be golden. If you can keep it running, you can maybe procure an acreish sized area very rural, and haul into town once a week to empty storage tanks (or build an outhouse) and fill up your water stores for the week. My folks have a 2' x 2' x 6' vertial water storage tank that hold enough for them and some other stuff for a week. You may have to filter it to drink though, as still water gets dangerous fast. I'm just thinking land w/o water or electric would be much more affordable. You could even find a way to collect rain water, and get those little solar panels just for lights and charging your computer.

I've actually been looking at some really cheap properties. I can get much cheaper land around a hour away from Waco.
