Well, thats not too bad. A lot of rural communities have a place in town where you can by water with quarters. You might check around, it's a fast way to get your water tank full. Maybe you can find something with a well or running water.

That sounds like a good plan.I'd love a area with a well access if it's not too much more and doesn't raise property taxes too much.

You could find out if there is a water table accesable from the surfice via normal methods, and make your own well. A nice alternative it to make a cistern, and fill it with water from every surface imaginable. I've know folks who made a concrete pad (which replaced the giant tarps they used first) that drained to a corner, and then went into the cistern. If you get water every year, you can totally provide for your animals, and you if you filter it with a microbial filter. Doesn't seem to bug animals much.

Have to train them to stand pretty, trim them, wash them, put on a pretty coller..... So, lay it on me.

Some of the other things, if you are going to do showmanship, study the goat body parts. For clipping search on youtube (might take some time it find it) what breed do you have? You will need a goat show collar, pretty much a dog chain XD Youtube for this will be your best friend, you can find vid about how to pose them also.

Pretty much all the body parts (from the muzzle to the stifle) they may asked other things, IE how long are they preggos (by days) what makes your breed special.


Ohh, fun on the nigerians! Get a goat type lop leash thingy (I am going to a goat website to show you what i mean) it will make showing them easier, by a lot.
