Of course! I got two colored sebs, and two curly whites out of color and white stock. They will throw some color goslings. Eggs sell for $20 each (more on ebay) and goslings (new, no guarantees yet) sell for $50 to start. I'm making them buy their own ruddy food! They'll be shipping out of Florida either tomarrow, or next Monday, depending on when my box arrives. Its allready been in the mail for a week now.
(the box they will be shipped in, they ARE NOT in the box yet)
No thank you! LOL If I had a better incubator, I would definately hatch and sell more offspring, since chicks are more valuable most of the time. But, its not in the works yet. DH is supposed to build me a cabinet bator, but not few several more monthes. Next spring, though, I'll be hatching more. Maybe you should keep sebs, since they are so valuable. Mandarin ducks would be good too. Or swans. (Can you say $1500/pair?)
Yea, I heard about that! I wonder, how long do you have to incubatate those rascals? Can they be set under a goat, or does it take either geese or zebras?
